How far is the port?
Depending on the gate, the walking distance varies between 5 to 15 minutes.
How far is the metro?
10 - 15 minutes on foot.
Does your hotel offer free transportation?
Yes.
Where can I get to, in your free shuttle bus?
We will get you to:
- the port (all gates, even the remote and cruise gates).
- the metro, and railway station.
- bus stop (for athens and athens airport)
What hours is the free shuttle bus available?
From 05:30 am for the guests who are boarding early.
Is the FREE shuttle bus service available to all guests or is there a "catch"? (i.e: mandatory breakfast)
Absolutely no hidden charges. The shuttle bus service is available to ALL guests.
Is there a pick-up service to the hotel?

What kind of a neighbourhood are you?
The area is very different from the main port area. It's safe, quiet and family friendly. Phidias Piraeus hotel is only a few metres away from the most commercial streets (sotiros str, grigoriou lampraki ave, vasileos georgiou ave] and next to Pasalimani (a yacht marine] which is characterised as cote d' azur of Greece.
How many storeys does the building have? Is there a lift?
There are 6 floors. Yes, there is a lift (elevator).
What time is breakfast served?
6am daily, for the guests who are boarding early.
Is there an en-suite bathroom in all rooms?
Yes. Every bathroom is fully equiped with hair dryer, shampoo , shower gel, toothbrush and toothpaste, even a haircap. The towels are changed daily.
Is there air conditioning in the rooms? Does it work all year round?
Yes, and heating between October and April.
Can I choose the type of bed in my room? (Large bed - two beds - three or four beds)
Yes, when you made the booking.
Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace?
Yes.
Do you have high-speed internet in the room for my portable computer? Is it wireless?
Yes, it's wireless and free for guests. There are also free of charge internet and printing facilities, at the lobby.
Is there satellite TV?
Yes in all rooms.
May I use the coffee-tea maker, coffee and tea bags, in my room, at my convenience? Is it free of charge?
Yes please, feel free to use them. They are complimentary.
Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room?
Yes, and it's free of charge.
Where may I rent a car?
From the hotel.
